DX 5483 in NZ Rail colours

What's that lurking in the background?
This is a project I've been working on for some time - an NZR DX class built from a Railmaster kit. The locomotive itself as a GE U26C, the narrow gauge version of GE's Universal series (hence the "U"). Since taking this picture I've painted the handrails white and will touch up a couple of other areas before applying the decals and weathering the loco.

Here's what I'm aiming to replicate:

Shamelessly stolen from Darryl Bond's excellent website, Slow Train Anywhere.
DX 5483 has since been rebuilt as a DXC ("C" for Chute or Coal) and is currently allocated to the South Island, and is now in KiwiRail colours.
